Is Money the root for…. happiness?
I was engaged in an DB (Discussion Board) with a fellow course-mate in my MBA790 Capstone project when the discussion turned into a debate on the value of money.....
He was asking why people need to work & I was frank in my opinions that, at the end of the day, we all need a paycheck to pay for all those pesky bills. Guess what was his response?

Dear Johnny
That is a valid point except those who are born with a silver spoon. However, on the other hand, there are also other aspects in our life that create happiness…
Money can buy a house but not a home.
Money can buy a bed but not sleep.
Money can buy a clock but not time.
Money can buy a book but not knowledge.
Money can buy food but not appetite.
Money can buy position but not respect.
Money can buy blood but not life.
Money can buy medicine but not health.
Money can buy sex but not love.
Money can buy insurance but not safety.

Certainly some food for thought... for a brand new week.
Have a GREAT week ahead. Cheers.

Absolutely agreed with you….. The problem is that we’ve become such a materialistic society that the only thing we care, trust and worship is… Money, itself.
As they say, “Show me the MONEY!!!! FIRST!!!!”
